introduction:

My name is Rene Bosman .

Born in  The Hague, The Netherlands on may 24th.

Scholing:

Went to MAVO (middle school) HAVO

(highschool) VWO(pre-university schooling, also called: Atheneum/Gymnasium)

For fun and interest I studied Irish and Welsh at the University of Utrecht.

Pantomime:

For 7 years (from sunday to sunday) I was a member of the (world) famous (in Holland) Dutch mime theatre  group of Rob van Reijn.

Here we studied  pantomime, mime, fencing, acrobatics,ballet, magic, juggling, comedy, ballroom dancing.

It was an old style theater where we did every aspect of theater ourselves from technical to making our own decor

Theater:

I studied theater, New Age (living theater)  and Far East philosophy/Asian theater  with Dwuno Sun at the “Paard van Troje” in The hague

Dance:

Studied for 4 years traditional japanese

NOH theater.

In Amsterdam  I also studied for over 5 years  javanese traditional dance of the mangunekaran style of the city Solo (surakarta) from Java, Indonesia.

Later, I went to Solo to study with our  real teacher (Pa-ripto) in kraton(palace): mangunekaran.

For over 10 years  Tai chi chuan, yang style, with a variety of teachers:

Yang ten Poa ( magician and tai chi teacher) Benjamin Loo, Eddy Varenkamp, Han Thun.

After Holland I went to Indonesia

Taiwan and ended up living in Japan.

Japan is where I live and work for the last 20 years.

Once in a while I travel abroad to work

in countries like Korea and Thailand.

I am happily married to a japanese lady and have a beautiful daughter.

Proud to tell that her grandfather rebuild the golden temple ( kinkakuji ) in Kyoto after it burned down over 60 years ago.
